Kampot pepper features in Michel Roux Jr's pepper steak on BBC Saturday Kitchen

Kampot pepper is known for its high potency of piperine, which opens up the taste buds and makes it so you can better taste food flavours. And unlike average peppercorns that have very little flavour, Kampot pepper reveals outstanding floral, eucalyptus and citrus flavours that further enhance your dish.

These unique qualities have made Kampot pepper a favourite of many decorated chefs, including Michel Roux, Jr. A guest on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen Live, the two-starred Michelin chef delivered a fiery Kampot pepper steak for Davina McCall which she absolutely loved. The steak was accompanied perfectly by polenta chips and a salad.
