New Spice on the Block: Red Salted Pepper Berries

We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new Red Salted Pepper Berries! If you’re a fan of our Red Kampot pepper and our Salted Pepper Berries - you’re going to absolutely love these. They are similar to the original Salted Pepper Berries, but fruitier, sweeter and more complex.

The red berries are more mature as they are picked at a later stage in the harvest, so they develop a more natural sweetness to them. They are then tightly preserved in our smooth and creamy Fleur de Sel, keeping them fresh and delicious.

And the best thing about them? The options of how to use them are endless - you can basically chuck them into any dish you feel needs a fruity, peppery kick!

  1. Sprinkle on a salad

Our Red Salted Pepper Berries are incredible sprinkled on top of every salad dish - whether you’re in the mood for a rainbow salad, a green salad or a cheesy salad, they will be a sensational addition to your meal!


2. Add to marinades

We advise using our wondrous red pepper berries as marinades for grilling meat. They will add a delightful peppery kick which will perfectly complement a juicy steak!
